Shipping & Delivery
The Power of Choice by Julian Kingma will be released on 1 May 2025. Orders taken before this date will not be sent until 1 May 2025. Any orders made after 1 May 2025 will be shipped within 7 business days via Australia Post (this includes the express post option).
The shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
We ship to select destinations outside Australia via Australia Post. Books cannot be sent to post office boxes. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may charge the recipient duties of 'import' of parcels. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we encourage you to check the customs service in your destination country before ordering.
If, after ordering, the purchaser finds an error in the shipping details, Go Gentle Australia ('GGA') will attempt to update the details; however, delivery cannot be guaranteed. Should your parcel be returned to sender due to no fault of GGA (i.e. you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the item was not collected from the post office within the stipulated time frame, etc.) you will be required to re-pay shipping costs to resend the item.
Refunds & Returns
We will not accept refunds or returns on items due to change of mind or finding it elsewhere at a cheaper price after purchase.
If you decide to return or cancel an item from an order, shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be required to pay for shipment back to GGA.
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please contact GGA as soon as possible after the fault or damage is found. You are entitled to a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and will be processed within 7 business days of approval of a refund.
How to return your order: Before returning, please contact GGA at [email protected]. We are available Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm (Sydney time).
Cancellations/Modifications after ordering: We have a limited time that we can modify an order and no guarantees can be made that we can cancel or modify your order because of an error or change of mind.
Payments
We accept payment via Credit Card and PayPal. We do not store your credit card information

Other
Price matching: As Go Gentle Australia is a charity we are unable to price match other retailers. All the proceeds of this book will be going back into advocating for choice at the end of life for Australians.
Donations: Any donation of $2 is tax deductible.
