NT delays. Donate to write this law … and right this wrong

Voluntary assisted dying laws have passed in all six states and the ACT – the Northern Territory remains the only place in Australia without access to this end-of-life choice.

But the NT government is dithering on drafting a law and says the suffering of dying Territorians is “not a priority”.

Will you chip in to support terminally ill Territorians' right to decide?

Your gift will help us

  • Launch a high-profile public campaign reminding politicans that Territorians must not be treated like second class citizens
  • Ensure there are no more delays in drafting a VAD law
  • Get the word out in the NT community about the comfort and choice that VAD offers.

Don't let others dictate how much we must suffer at the end of our lives. It's up to the individual – and the individual alone.

– Andrew Denton
