This bill is now the subject of an inquiry by the Standing Committee on Law and Justice, find out more on its website.

To make a submission as an individual NSW resident, please click HERE.  The 6 question form asks for a 300-word statement on why you support the bill and allows for an additional comment of 300 words. Submissions close 22 November 2021.

Victoria, WA, Tasmania, SA and Queensland have already passed compassionate voluntary assisted dying laws.
NSW cannot be left behind.
